Shipping
Fixed delivery prices are provided at check out.
Customers with a delivery address outside of the UK are responsible for ALL additional costs, permits or customs clearance. BOBHEAD cannot control these costs, please ensure you consider this prior to purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Returns
Products from BOBHEAD may be returned for a refund or exchange. You must return your item within 30 days of your dispatch date. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if returned later than our policy states.
Returned items must be unused along with original packaging and tags attached to each item. Items must be in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, please complete the returns form which was included in the original package and insert this into the returning package. If misplaced, please provide a cover note.
Refunds
Once BOBHEAD receive your returned item we will inspect and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours. Please allow up to 10 days for it to show in your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you refund goes over the 10-day period please email BOBHEAD customer service. We will check and track your refund from our side.
BOBHEAD recommend you contact your bank for further information regarding refunds handled at their end.
Sale/Promotional items
Only full priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
If items are deemed defective/damaged caused during our manufacturing or delivery process we will offer you an exchange or refund. If you would like to exchange for another size, please provide a cover note detailing what size is required.
Upon dispatching you exchanged items BOBHEAD will contact you to arrange payment for delivery. BOBHEAD do not cover this cost.
Return Shipping
All customers are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

BOBHEAD recommend customers with high value orders (Over £50) consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Customers are responsible for their returned items. If BOBHEAD do not receive your returned order it is your responsibility to contact your nominated service and track or claim for a returned item.
BOBHEAD value all our customers support and loyalty to our brand. As a result, we are in the process of exploring European/US storage options to help alleviate additional costs associate with purchasing and returning items outside of the UK.
We pride ourselves on providing quality garments at a great price. This is a cost we can control.
